I didn't mean to be uncivil, I was just joking.... I assumed Uzla was too.... if she wasn't then fine, but I was trying to take it as a joke instead of getting worked up about it, I try to always assume the best about people. Hence the ;-) message I sent. It was just meant to be teasing back like I assumed she was teasing me.

Today is Ditch New Year's Resolution Day!!!

Anybody ditching the resolutions today? My resolution, to exercise more, is sort of going fine since I've been biking (Yes biking. In the winter. In the US Midwest. For some strange reason, there's no snow). I'm also on a basketball team. But I'm not really eating healthier, which was my other resolution. Ugh.

I used to live in texas and we had a 85 degree winter once!

I loved living in texas! I prefer a warmer climate anyway, but i miss everything about it! 😓

Hey! I tried to read it, and want to try again, but i really could not get into it. The story felt pretty boring, but i only got in about 65 pages before i put it down. Hope this helps! ( good luck with your buddy read👍)

The only reason I wanted to do a buddy read was because when I reserved the book from the library, it said it only had 250 pages and I wanted something quick while I waited for my buddy read for Six of Crows, but it turns out this book is 500 pages! I really don't want to break off with the buddy read though, my buddy's so excited!
