naydi Plot twist: what if all the Percy Jackson books are written in Greek and we can understand it cuz we’re demigods.

Arya Dröttningu Naydi wrote: "According to Perachel shippers, the only reason Percy and Annabeth fell in love was because of Aphrodite’s scarf in TLT.
I don’t believe that"

yeah thats just dumb

Unfortunately I was only finishing off books I've been currently reading for some time... I read EXTREMELY slow--and having dyslexia doesn't help my speed either :/

Negative side: it's sometimes hard to read books.
Positive side: We're demigods!!

Plot twist: What if the books were writen in Latin, and we are all Roman Demigods? Which could be why Im more apt to call the gods by their Roman names

naydi I had a dream about accurate Percy Jackson movies, with the cast growing up before our eyes, but then I woke up.
And I remembered the ones that actually do exist.

message 19619: by Lou (new) - rated it 5 stars

Lou The movies are terrible---I first watched them before the book and I thought they were great. But after having read the books they were completely blown out of the water and everytime I watch them I'm comparing and I now hate the movies. (it would be awesome if they made a remake that was accurate to the books)

message 19620: by Magnus (new) - rated it 3 stars

Magnus I petition that we erase the movies from any canon and from the knowledge of our fandom

Hmmmm, stuff like Percy Jackson (obviously; I’m on a PJO thread), Hunger games and Mortal Instruments.
I just feel like I’m not that enthusiastic to read a book over hanging out with my friends.
Ugh, I hope it goes away.

Cost?

message 19645: by naydi (new) - added it

naydi In my best friends copy of blood of Olympus (U.K. version) there was a short story at the end about what would’ve happened if the giants won or something
I swear the first sentence was ‘percy kissed annabeth’
I then fell out of my chair

message 19646: by Magnus (new) - rated it 3 stars

Magnus This hotel is Always Open *wink* [reference] the cost is only your sanity. Welcome to The PJO Fandom.

message 19647: by [deleted user] (new)

How about we all have an actual conversation instead of just saying "Oh, I won!"?

message 19648: by Magnus (new) - rated it 3 stars

Magnus THAT'S WHAT WE'VE BEEN TRYING TO HAVE!!! BUt newbies always try to win until they get comfortable.

Was why I attempted to make this "a hotel" of sorts.
