Faizan The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho.

message 518: by E.j. (new) - rated it 5 stars

E.j. hhmmmm..... I think it's a tie between Jane Eyre and Lament. I am also currently reading The Fault in Our Stars, so it may soon be a contender.

message 519: by Faizan (new) - rated it 4 stars

Faizan honestly i haven't read any of those. but now i think i might after i finish hunger games

message 520: by E.j. (new) - rated it 5 stars

E.j. Are the Hunger Games as good as people make them out to be? I haven't read them, but I saw the movie. Wasn't really that into it.

message 532: by Faizan (last edited Jul 22, 2013 08:49PM) (new) - rated it 4 stars

Faizan it is (and of course i would be saying about my country no matter what ;) but yeah its beautiful

message 533: by E.j. (new) - rated it 5 stars

E.j. That's awesome! :)))))) Personally, I think the USA could use a little work, but it's pretty good looking too! ;)

message 534: by Faizan (new) - rated it 4 stars

Faizan modesty at its peak ... Dude i have never been there but i guess it wouldn't be anything less than awesome...

message 535: by E.j. (new) - rated it 5 stars

E.j. Depending on where you go, I guess it could be awesome. I have lived here my whole life, so the shock and awe was never really given a chance to fully commence. I guess anything new and unknown, however, can inspire awe.

message 536: by Faizan (new) - rated it 4 stars

Faizan Anything new can inspire awe...totally agreed.
And just let me make couple of friends and i will make even the worst place on earth Heaven ;)

message 537: by E.j. (new) - rated it 5 stars

E.j. Ahhh! There is more truth to those words than most in published literature! Even a miserable situation, with a great friend, can be enjoyed!

message 538: by Faizan (new) - rated it 4 stars

Faizan And i intend to keep on enjoying...

message 539: by E.j. (new) - rated it 5 stars

E.j. That's good optimism! :)

message 540: by Faizan (new) - rated it 4 stars

Faizan So what abt u Optimistic or Pessimistic??

message 541: by Mia (new) - rated it 5 stars

Mia Uhhhh...

message 542: by E.j. (new) - rated it 5 stars

E.j. Hmmmm... I'll say optimistic.

message 543: by Faizan (new) - rated it 4 stars

Faizan Mia wrote: "Uhhhh..."
Hello :)

E.j. wrote: "Hmmmm... I'll say optimistic."
Always a optimist ... that's totally out of my limits

message 544: by E.j. (new) - rated it 5 stars

E.j. I think in truth, we are all realists with either a positive slant to reality or a negative one. Only fools are always positive. ;)

message 545: by Mia (new) - rated it 5 stars

Mia OMG so true!

message 546: by Faizan (new) - rated it 4 stars

Faizan Have to agree with that.

message 547: by E.j. (new) - rated it 5 stars

E.j. If I begin to sound too sage like, just tell me to shut up! I do have the ability to speak like a "normal" person, but then again, where's the fun in being normal?

message 548: by Faizan (new) - rated it 4 stars

Faizan All hail Sir E.j.

message 549: by E.j. (new) - rated it 5 stars

E.j. Well, sir is a tad masculine, her majesty works just fine though. ;)

message 550: by E.j. (new) - rated it 5 stars
