Here are some team name suggestions:
Sizzling Seven
Sensational Seven
Poolside Seven
Summer ONEders
Pagemasters
Lucky #7
Lucky Charms

Me too i've only played once before (last round) actually Skandia was on my team but apart from her I don't know anyone else.
I don't want to be captain so thats fine with me.

Sizzling Seven
Sensational Seven
Lucky #7
I'm rubbish at thinking of things like this
7 deadly sins is the only thing thats popped into my head so far.

Can't wait to play again, this will be my third Bingo.
I'll be travelling in June ( back to California, yay!), so I guess I'm not good for captain.
Sizzling Seven and Sensational Seven are both good names!

I've played bingo several times but only been on a winning team once so I think we're due... I also like Sizzling Sevens and Sensational Seven, good job with the suggestions.
What time zone is everyone in? I'm in the US and on EST time. I'm a working mom with two grade school age kids so if you don't see me posting on the weekends or evenings it's because of baseball or swimming. Soccer just finished, yay! I like to chat and I'm very nosy about what folks are reading, always looking for a yet undiscovered series...

I'm probably going with

Remembrance by Michelle Madow is on the SOS: Serious Overload of Series > books > time-travel shelf, so I'll probably go with this one for my free space.

I've never read any time-travel so i'll have to look into that one.

I'm not looking forward to Aliens after trying to read the host.

Here's a link to the "Popular Speculative Fiction Books" shelf, this might be the actual shelf we will use, not definite on it, but anyway it has over 25,000 books so hopefully there will be something interesting to you on it. :D

I like sizzling seven or poolside seven (which is where I want to be right now). LOL! Anyway here are a couple more names but they don't have 7 in them.
Book Broads
Bottled Wine & Best Sellers
Chapter Chicks
Sassy Seven
Risky Readers

Thx ladies, "speculative fiction" had me stumped too... And the Game of Thrones series is on there, so if I'm in the mood for a chunker, I can read the next one up.

I have not chosen my Free Space book yet, have to finish couple of chunksters before and then I'll decide what I feel like reading.
The first book for this game is not a short one either :P

So I'm taking

Done!

Book: Something Secret This Way Comes by Sierra Dean
Series: Secret McQueen #1
Shelf: #1 Assassins
Read: 6/7/2013
Rate: ★★★★
Review: Really enjoyed this book. Secret McQueen was born as a dhampyir, rejected by her mother and raised by her grandmother in Canada. She moved to NYC when she was 16 to kill vampires and now works as a hired vampire killer for the vampire tribunal. Lo and behold after living in the big city for six years she never encountered the werewolf king, but in a matter of hours she discovers a 300 year old rouge vampire is back to get her, she's in trouble with the tribunal again, and she might be soul-bonded to a werewolf. Some world building and info dump in the beginning, some storyline flaws, but the storyline took off and moved at a good pace. Cliffhanger in the end and a possible triangle to work out. Already downloaded the next book in the series.

@Megan- just noticed our fancy "Sizzling Seven" banner. Nice job captain!

Shelf #2 ~ 6/09/13: 'book boyfriends'
DIRECT LINK: book boyfriends
I'm going to read

... and I'm almost done with my assassin's shelf book.

Book: Assassin's Apprentice by Robin Hobb
Series: Farseer Trilogy #1
Shelf: Assassins
Read: 6/9/2013
Rate: ★★★★
I'm not much of an epic fantasy reader but I really liked this old-fashion medieval fantasy.
This book caught me by surprise and before I knew it I was sucked into the story of a young boy, a royal bastard, who was pushed in the middle of royal court's intrigues and growing up, starts discovering his magical abilities. At the same time trying to stay alive and learn all he can about caring for animals and dealing with people.
I really liked author's easy and flowing writing and with this book, I think, I rediscovered the epic fantasy genre again.
