SOLVED. Girl and brother living alone in woods find out they are ghosts [s]

A girl and her brother live in the woods alone. A family comes to live in a house nearby and the girl and boy soon bond with the family. They then realize they are dead and are ghosts.

What type of setting was it? Fairytale? Fantary world? Realistic apart from the ghosts?
Can you remember which country it was set in or where it was from?
And around when did you read it?
Any idea of when the book was written?

The Doll in the Garden/The Old Willis Place I couldn't find a copy of just the one book, but look and see if it's the Old Willis Place. I read it a few years ago and it sounds really similar.

Oh, in weirdly enough--if you put in the ISBN for the novel, you can get the title to come up. But that is the ONLY way you can get it to come up--otherwise it only shows that double book.
