I liked it a lot...It's the first historical fiction I've read, and I enjoyed her style and how she weaved fact and fiction seamlessly.I plan on reading some of her other books as well :)
32. 20th Century Ghosts - Joe HillThis was an interesting collection of short stories. Some of them I loved, some of them I didn't like, and there were a couple I didn't quite get. But overall it was OK.
34. The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe - C.S. LewisThis was fun to read after all these years. I read it to my 7 year old daughter at bedtime a chapter at a time...She loved it...says she gives it 5 stars! :)
Hi Nan,Eh.... I really liked how it started off, but the last 150 pages or so were disappointing. Even though it was trying to bring the different characters and plotlines together I thought it ended up disjointed, contrived, and confusing.
38. Lawn Boy - Gary PaulsenThis was a cute book that I read to my 7 yo daughter. It's more appropriate for an older child...although she understood and loved the basic plot of a twelve year old boy who starts a lawnmower business that gets kind of out of control, there was a lot about money and stocks and business that just went over her head.
13. Avalon High Coronation - Meg Cabot14. Before I Die - Jenny Downham
15. Feels Like Home - e.E. Charlton-Trujillo
16. What the Moon Saw - Laura Resau
17. Nosatsu Junkie - Ryoko Fukuyama

20. From the Depth - Gerry Doyle
21. Falling - Doug Wilhelm
22. A History of Western Art - Antony Mason
OK....I read 25 books in February!!! I guess I can thank the flu for that. Being unable to get out of bed for a week and a half sure gave me uninterrupted reading time.
And now I continue on in March:
39. Lolita - Vladimir Nabokov
44. To the Lighthouse - Virginia Woolfugh...while I can appreciate how unique Woolf's stream of consciousness style was at that time and that this is an introspective book....
I had SUCH a hard time reading it. I didn't really connect with any of the characters, and so the lack of plot made it drag for me.
47. My Family and Other Animals - Gerald Durrell48. Table for Two - Nora Roberts
49. Franny and Zooey - J. D. Salinger
51. The Incredible Origins of the Onyx Sun - Christopher MahoneyThe Onyx Sun is a delightful YA book.... A fun SciFi/adventure story.
52. Beautiful Lies - Lisa Unger
