I am an author of mid 20th century Christian Western Romances. I grew up on a ranch in northern California, so I know and write about ranch and farm life. I live with my husband of fifty-one years in Oakdale, California—Cowboy Capital of the World. I have four grown sons, three daughters-in-law, and six grandchildren with one on the way.

David Fradin was born and raised in Detroit during the automotive go go years of the 1950s and 60s. He attended the honors Cass Tech High School and the University of Michigan where he started the University of Michigan Flyers Club which has trained over 5000 pilots to date. There he also started a nationwide student organization to support the SuperSonic Transport (SST) called FASST for Fly America’s SST which later became Federation of Americans Supporting Science and Technology to counter on the nation’s campus’ the anti-technology movement of the early 1970s.

I didn’t publish my first book until I turned 65!! I taught high school English thirty years first. Everything I write has a personal or family connection. My first book, Frank Little and the IWW, The Blood that Stained an American Family (University of Oklahoma Press, 2017), is about my great-grand uncle. He was murdered in Butte, MT, in 1917. His story impacted my Little family dramatically.

Author Interview with Lynne Preston Originally from Cheshire, England and long-time resident of Alberta, Canada I am an avid writer of both fiction and non-fiction stories. Over the years, I have written many stories, including personal memoirs and fiction, some of the fiction, in one way or another, relating to my own experiences. My favourite genres are Adventure/Romance, Modern Historical Fiction (Adventures in the ‘Sixties and ‘Seventies) Social Commentary and Space Opera… all with a humorous leaning.
Other than writing, my favourite pastimes are cycling, photography, sketching, driving my Classic British Sports Car and gathering with friends.
I also love going for coffee and a good read.
I have written a lot of books, two having been published recently.
