@riya, yes!!!! I just finished rereading elite and man I love that book!!! I can not wait for the one either!!!
it is literaly just starting to click that there are only like 6 days left till the one comes out. oh my godness i cannot wait. they r such good books, hopefuly they r as good as the first two. and also gotta say i will be pretty upset if she ends up with aspen. or else i may die
wow i just made a huge mistake i meant to say maxon i do not know what i was thinking, uh i cant believe i did that
lol I am so going for maxon. but I will say after reading the guard I like him more. though I am half way through it
Woah- I TOTALLY didn't realize that it's only 6 days!!! :D :D :DHaha I was actually completely divided in the first book, but the second book made me fall in love with Maxon :)
yeah at the very begining i was for aspen but i changed my mind before getting halfway through the selection
lol yea, I loved maxon from the beginning but in the middle for a split second I was like, no way dude maxon ur lame, but then I went back to loving him lol. I can't wait!!!!!!!!!
I've just finished The Knife of Never Letting Go and have started the second one. I'd heard so many great things about this trilogy that I finally had to check it out for myself. So far, it's brilliant.
I'm on the waiting list at the library for the 2nd in the Legend series.
I highly recommend Michael Grant's Gone series, btw!
@gina, yes I read the chaos walking last month and love love loved it. def one of my favs, Ness's writing is amazing! @salman I loved the gone series! it was sooo good! and legend series is super awesome
@Alison Legend series IS really awesome for me till now, hoping for a nice conclusion(fingers crossed).
I AM READING...WAIT FOR IT.... THE ONE!!!! DANG U PEOPLE R FAST I HAD A BUNCH OF HOMEWORK AND STUFF TO DO TODAY SO I HAVEN'T HAD MUCH READING TIME. ITS GOOD SO FAR THOUGH
yea I can never wait I gotta go and buy the books. I wasn't gonna read it at all.today but couldn't put it down lol
I've definitely been there! Sometimes it's too hard to stop reading! I thought about buying The One but I've been buying so many books lately. Ugh, I'll probably end up getting impatient and buying it anyway!
@hannah, I loved it! @jessica yea I spend way too much money on books! my husband says I'm easy to please because I tell him all I ever want for mothers day, valentines day, birthdays whatever, is books :)
Damnit, I just broke down and bought it - only $11 on Amazon. Of course this meant I had to buy the others because I can't have an incomplete series. lol
I never buy kindle books. I have the kindle app on my phone and tablet and sometimes I'll get ebooks from the library, but I like owning physical books, even though I have absolutely no room left on my bookshelf!
I agree that I like a physical book Jessica. but I just finished the one and oh my goodness I loved it so much
@jessica oh OK thought u were saying u bought the book on kindle at amazon but u bought the actual book lop. yea I love buying actual books, even though I have no to as well lol. its so addicting buying books!! @hannah, wasn't it!!!!
I was slow to catch up w/ the Ebooks phenomenon, but when my own books started coming out in electronic format, I changed my attitude. The house my spouse and I share is so loaded w/ books and other things from the six decades we've been alive, that storage space is at a premium. I prefer to buy Ebooks now. They take up no additional space and are often cheaper than the softcover equivalents, and virtually always cheaper than the hardback versions.
I'm looking forward to Champion. I have it on hold at my local library. I have the first two as Ebooks and highly recommend them.
so I decided to read variant because I bought a while ago for 2 dollars and I figured I'd read lunar later since the series isn't done yet. but anyways, did anyone else get the maze runner vibe while reading variant?

Alison, tell me how Variant is. I heard it's really good.I just finished 1984, and I don't know what I'm reading next, there's so much on my shelf!
Alison: Totally. The plot is different, but they definitely both have a similar feel. I thought Variant was good, but not great. There's a plot twist around halfway through that I was not expecting - it's nice to be surprised by books occasionally!
Hi guys! :) I'm currently reading Dorothy Must Die. I'm about 80 pages in? I have to say, I was quite unsure about the book before reading, but now, I pretty sure I'm gonna enjoy the whole book.

Its kind of weird, too. the good kind of weird not the..."I'm leeching on this and bumping it up on my to read list based on the "if you like"s.
Ruby wrote: "Well, that's just for me. I don't know how you would like it, but I think you will. its kind of more of the Pullman His Dark Materials Trilogy style. kind of oldish writing, if you know what I mean. but not like the Hobbit or anything "I get what you mean with the "oldish writing" exactly. And it does nothing to deter me :] I only read The Golden Compass out of the HDM trilogy, but I liked it and just haven't gotten around to reading the next yet. Should bump those up on the list too... haha
I'm on the last page of The Boy in the Striped Pajamas. It is soooo sad, but the book is really well done. (Aside from Bruno's complaining;-) )
just finished feed back and it was pretty good, the ending felt to quick but it was a good read, kept me reading
partials series by Dan wells, taking a minute for me to get into it, but hoping to b done with the series by the time cohf comes out
