Yeah I think you should just wait a week. Worst for worst, if they come back and show EXTREME interest in the group you can always readd them as mods. I doubt that will happen, but just let them know that thye always have the opportunity to return.

alright I know this month is gonna be stressfull (well atleast for me) with exams coming up but we all need to keep the activity level up, today after school I'll send out a group message about the February BOTM and other things in our group. so I am here for advice, I know i'm not the most consistent person ever because of school and life, but im sure you all have the same problem but I really think we should try to come up with some sort of solution or system so when im not on the whole group doesnt slow down, so whether that means new mods or just a schedule i wanted your opinions.

So basically I need your help cause I know that most of you are very experienced and successful with running groups ;) please reply soon!

Yeah- that's a good thing to consider.
We could potentially allocate who's in charge of what to keep things going. We could also look for new mods (either in a normal way or by doing a Mod Hunger Games which involves adding tons of people and then slowly eliminating them). Those are the only ideas I have.

So earlier Sarah had the idea to have themed BOTMs. I think we should start making up a list of which genre for each month that way if the person who usually makes it isn't on to make it, then another mod can step up and make the topic.

I think we should do a mod hunger games. Are all the current mods active? Just wondering because I don't know how many mods Sarah wants to have in the group.

OMG!!! i'm loving all the ideas! im ok with cutting the mods but i dont know what the mod hunger games is?? and yeah kimiko hasnt been that active so maybe we could send her a message and let her know about the changes, and i recently got it touch with Cara and she let me know that I could take her down as a mod cause she is way too busy and Liv if you really think that you cant be a mod for this group then i get it but i dont want to cut anyone that can be active
