there are two listings for the same book and I've done everything I know to combine them but it only lists one book when I try to combine. Hopefully someone can help and/or let me know what needs to be done? thanks.

Arenda | 26447 comments #717 The primary author has to be exactly the same when books need combining. Moved the edition with ASIN to the GR author profile by adding an extra space between first and last name.
Since one edition was a duplicate of the other, I not only combined the book, but even merged the duplicate edition.

The isbn that is used is not an isbn. Probably the barcode. Does the book have an isbn?

Combined the second and third link. Are you sure the content is the same? The edition on the first link has 578 pages, the second and third link each just over 100 pages.

Yes, it's the barcode. I've just read that Mondolibri (the publisher of this book) doesn't have ISBN. Here is a discussion about this topic (in italian)

Fine, thanks. I have also added a librarian note (not visibile to regular users) that this edition doesn't have an isbn.

The first two books were already combined.
Combined the last two books and added the info from Worldcat and the publisher's site.

Will also add the English author name to the books on the Russian profile (may not be today though).

Yes. This is the most famous book of Taras Shevchenko. Now it include pictures, photos of oridinal pages with Shevcenko's marks and other stuff, but then, in 1840, it was illegal, printed somewere on bad paper etc. It may also not include some poems, but I think it's the same book.
