I pick Prisoner of Night and Fog (Prisoner of Night and Fog, #1) by Anne Blankman and A Pound of Flesh (A Pound of Flesh, #1) by Sophie Jackson for V Audio Nerd. I had such a difficult time choosing! I've never heard of any of the books on your Dusty Bookshelf, but I'm glad you introduced them to me. Let me know how you enjoy these two picks. If you like them, I'll have to add them to my "to-read" list. Enjoy!

To me, they honestly do sound like good reads! I recently saw The Book Thief movie (I haven't read the book, but I really want to now), and I've been interested in reading more books centered around that topic. That's partially why I chose Prisoner of Night and Fog (Prisoner of Night and Fog, #1) by Anne Blankman for you. I'm a fan of OITNB Netflix series, and A Pound of Flesh (A Pound of Flesh, #1) by Sophie Jackson 's synopsis kind of reminded me of the series. OITNB is also a book I hope to read in the future. Haha! Please let me know what you end up thinking about your picks! :)

This Amy, I'll call you Amy 2. You aren't paired with anyone because you didn't sign up in time.

I can add you to re-picks and when those who don't get a pick are rearranged, you can get a pick then.

I would also respectfully request you differentiate your name somehow. It would cut down on confusion.

Thanks, Anita! I had planned on reading both in July anyway so this works out perfect. The earlier books of the BDB were awesome. They have tapered off some for me towards the end. I heard that The Shadows (Black Dagger Brotherhood, #13) by J.R. Ward is really good!

I've actually read Elixir and found it not as great as the summary sounded but I'm curious to see someone else's take on it. I realized I hadn't added my review here on GR so I just added it from my blog. I also checked out a few other reviews and really hope you like it because from what I saw many many people actually have a similar opinion to me. So I'm going to pre-apologize to you just in case. As far as the Divergent series, I've not read it but have it on my Kindle waiting patiently for me to fit it in. The first book has a lot of good comments.
