Zach looked around and couldn't find Arielle," Ari come out!" He called finally seeing some people starting to arrive. "I need you because we are going to get some snacks."

Zach looke around for her still hoping she would remember what to do when she was called. He smiled and hugged her close when she ran to him," there you are. Let's get back to mommy." He said picking her up. He tried his best to ignore the looks and whispers around him
Zach frowned a little bit," Ari maybe we should wait to tell everyone with your mommy and daddy." He said softly as he walked back to the lounge with her. He smiled hugging her close. "Hey Raine Nate said that I could watch the game from the bench." He told her before seeing her nod and going out to where Nate showed him
Zach smiled a little bit and said hi to all of the people he was meeting. He watched as Nate ran back out into the field still slightly in wonder as Nate had called him his son Raine nodded," I know baby watch daddy play." She said softly kissing her head
Zach smiled brightly," it was awesome, Nate!" He said still kind of jittery because of how excited he was. "Ohh I don't have anything that nice to wear to anything." He answered walking up to find Arielle and Raine with him
Raine laughed softly hearing Nate," might be?" She asked," it will be too big for him."She told him putting her arm around Zach. Who was only slightly taller than her right then. He was broader than she was but still.
Zach smiled a little bit," It's alright I can deal with it as long as no one calls me homeless or something
"Okay Nate." He answered hesitantly putting his arm around Raine as they walked out of the stadium and to his car. Once back at the hotel he changed into what Nate had given him and Raine helped fix him up a little bit," There it's not too bad." Raine had changed into a light purple dress and looked at all of them," I seriously hope you brought another purple shirt Nate or you will be the only one who doesn't match."
Raine laughed softly," yes you do."She answered looking at him
Zach nodded," I think I can do that." He answered looking at Arielle with a smile
Zach looked around and then back up at Nate,"What's going to happen?"
He asked quietly
Raine slipped her hand into Nate's just because she felt like it.
Zach looked over at Arielle and poked her hand gently with a smile
Zach smiled at her as he leaned a little closer watching her doodling. He helped her a little bit drawing some for her Raine smiled glancing over at them as she let Nate talk since it was him they wanted to hear from and not her. She was only slightly surprised he didn't say anything about her expecting again
Zach pulled Arielle into his lap and bent his head down so that she could hear him over the talking of everyone else," Leave dad alone for a little bit Ari." He said softly not realizing that he called Nate dad for the first time. "How about I tell you a story?"He asked
Zach hugged her close to him and nodded," I know Ari." He whispered putting his cheek against her head," I.... I want to go home too but we can't without your mom and dad." He said softly," I bet it's almost over. Why don't you close your eyes and I will keep the lights from hurting you?" He asked seeing how her eyes would close and she would flinch every time a camera went off
Zach looked at Arielle and smiled a little bit seeing she was asleep. He was glad that he could help out with her. He got up when Nate said it was time to leave," you have all of that?"He asked then frowned," but I don't know how to drive or anything like that... And I'm not very good at school."
He explained honestly. He didn't comment about meeting a girl
Raine smiled a little bit," it's fine we will get someone to help you and between Nate and I we will teach you to drive before school starts."
Zach was slightly overwhelmed by everything Nate was telling him. Raine saw he was a little too overwhelmed," Nate slow down you are giving him too much to think about." She said softly," Not everyone is used to your generosity like Arielle and I are." She told him. Zach looked back at them," I don't know what I want my room to look like I've never been given the choice."
Zach nodded a little and ended up falling asleep with Arielle on the plane ride home. He took the pass from Nate once they were at their house. He just stared at everything seeing how big and cool their house was," you live here?" He asked looking at Raine who smiled and nodded," yes and now you do too." She said. "Hi Olivia." She said as zach walked up behind her with Arielle. "Ohh uhh hi I'm Zach." He answered looking at the girl in front of him
Raine smiled a little bit and walked up stairs with Nate after he had taken ari from Zach. "I don't think he quite knows what to do with you yet Nate." She said after tucking Ari in for the night. Zach smiled," yeah they are pretty great." He answered," I'd like it if you showed be around maybe tomorrow after I've slept for a little bit?" He asked
Raine laughed softly and nodded," Uou are right about the one." She answered smiling a little bit." Okay okay I'm going what are you going to do?" She asked lookin back at him as she headed off to their room. Zach nodded," okay ill be over later in the day then." He answered blushing just slightly as he looked at her," thanks and see you." He answered taking the notepad from her hand
Zach nodded a little bit," I don't care where you want me to be." He answered honestly and walked wide eyed to the room Nate was showing to him," you mean you will let me stay here?" He asked," This I bigger than the whole house I was staying in."He answered looking around.
Zach nodded slowly still letting everything about this sink into his mind." So can we go out and look for stuff for my room tomorrow?" He asked looking over at Nate with a smile," After Olivia shows me around?"
Zach's eyes lit up and he nodded," Okay I would really like that Nate." He said then smiled even bigger if that was possible," yeah playing baseball with you sounds like fun." He answered nodding. "Okay good night Nate." He said before crawling into his new bed.
Raine nodded a little bit as she moved so she was against him," yeah it is like he was made to fit into our family." She answered softly Zach woke up a little," What Ari?" He asked softly rolling to the edge of his bed and looking out at his little sister whom he already adored.
"Okay." She said softly snuggling close to him." Good night."She whispered slowly going to sleep
Zach looked at her and then the puppy who was just as big as she was," Yeah sure you can.. Can Patches get up on the bed by himself?" He asked reaching out and pulling Arielle into bed with him. "Hey Ari don't cry."
Zach hugged her tightly," Ari don't cry I will scare all the bad dreams away you don't have to be scared with me." He told her tucking her close to him and rubbing her back
Zach held her tightly and stayed awake until she fell asleep in his arms. He sighed softly and went to sleep after she did. The next morning Raine was up and checked to see if Arielle was still sleeping. She frowned seeing her bed was empty and then went looking for her. Only to find her, Patches, and Zach all curled up in Zach's bed together still totally out and it didn't look like they would move for a while
Raine nodded a little bit," she went to Zach before she came to us." She said softly walking away with Nate and patches. "That's what you wanted right?" She asked," that poor girl isn't going to be able to have a boy near her with you and Zach on the job... I mean did you see how he was already curled up around her?" She asked watching him making breakfast
Raine just laughed as she listened to him," you didn't think that originally when you were talking with Mike about his son. " she teased softly," but don't do what our parents did to us to her.. Let her fall in love on her own." She told him," Zach is a good kid and it will be nice having him around while you are away since we are going to be having another baby soon." She replied
Raine laughed softly," I know what you were doing and you won't be able to help it if mike's son is friends with Arielle we do spend a lot of time with them." She pointed out softly as she saw Zach and Ari in the door way. Arielle had always been more of a daddy's girl. But Raine noticed that Zach sort of drifted more towards her but she didn't really know yet. "What is she talking about?" He asked still confused," she was trying to tell me last night I think but I didn't understand what she was telling me."
Zach frowned a little bit," Ohhh that's what she was telling me... Well I told her she didnt have to worry about it anymore." He said moving closer to Raine. "Well she is alright right?" He asked looking at Nate and then Ari.
Raine took the little girl and hugged her close kissing the top of her head," it's alright baby.. You don't have to worry you have daddy and Zach to protect you now." She whispered. Zach moved closer to them and say down next to Raine and Arielle."
Raine looked at Nate for a second and was glad they didn't have to explain everything to Zach. He was just getting to know them and she wanted him to stay with them and not think that Nate's dad would come after him too. Zach nodded and ate a little bit," yup you are stuck with me forever Ari." He answered with a grin. His own blue eyes twinkling back at her
Zach laughed softly as he watched the little girl he now got to call his sister. "Is she always like that?" He asked watching her playing around with patches in re backyard. "Ohh I don't know I was just going to go over to her house after breakfast and after I shower and find some clothes." He answered then looked at the phone Nate held out to him. "This is mine?" He asked taking it and carefully holding it. "I mean I can keep it?"'
"Sorry still not used to all of this." He muttered softly blushing a little bit and then grinning slightly. "You guys are the best." He told them. Raine smiled as she left back slightly against Nate. "You guys go have fun.. I'll help you fix up yours room Zach." She told him Zach nodded," okay thanks Raine." He said hugging her a little bit. He nodded," okay ahhh let me get some other clothes not my sleeping stuff." He said still holding his phone as he walked back to his room
Raine smiled," he might but I don't think he will lose that wide eyed wonder he has when you give him something for a while."She told him. "Ohh I feel fine though Nate." She told him looking up at him with a little frown," I'll call Arielle in but I really dont want to just sit."
Raine nodded," Fine fine one day because I feel fine for now." She answered really hoping she didn't get as sick as she did with Arielle. She hugged the little girl close when she climbed into her lap. "Have fun boys." She called. Zach nodded happily," yup I'm ready." He answered looking up at Nate and then before walking out with him ran back and hugged Raine and Arielle right before running back out to Nate
Zach grinned as he got into Nate's car. "Nate when I learn how to drive can I drive your car?"He asked," I mean after I learn how to drive?" He asked sort of shyly at first. He nodded," Okay ill go pick stuff out." He said and walked off staring at different things before just looking for stuff he liked. He picked out some graphic tees, jeans, shorts, 2 pairs for swim trunks, a bunch of sports stuff and then kept looking
Zach was still just wandering around a little bit picking some things out. He looked over at Nate and nodded," Okay I would really like to play baseball again if I can." He answered looking at Nate with a smile. "I think I got enough for now." He replied looking at the nicely sized pile of clothes he had in the cart he was pulling around with him
Zach climbed into the car after helping Nate put everything in the back. "I guess I have to get used to that don't i?" He asked looking at Nate as he drive. He grinned though," I could practice with you?" He asked almost jumpin out of his seat with excitement. As they got home he nodded," Okay..... Nate, your the best dad ever!" He called before walking off to Olivia's house and knocking on the door. He was nervous now
Zach frowned a little bit at the yelling he heard then smiled a little at Olivia," it's alright I'm sure we can just go over to Nate and Raine's house." He answered. It was still hard for him to believe he lived with them now. "Yeah I'm ready."
Zachary walked around with her as he showed him around his new neighborhood," Why would you have a pool when there's one in your backyard?" He asked just wondering. "Do you walk to school?" He asked seeing the school from where she was pointing. He looked around and nodded smiling a little bit at her.
"Right well I'm sure you could ride with us if you wanted to... Nate or Raine wouldn't mind."He answered looking at her," Ohh umm I like playing baseball and video games... Umm don't think I'm a girl or anything but I like drawing and taking photos and stuff like that."
Zach laughed a little bit," Yeah I did but even if Nate wasn't a famous baseball player I would have lucked out on life." He said. "Yeah I found her or really she found me and followed me around for a little bit I think that from her stand point I looked like Nate." He answered," So I picked her up and all she kept asked was where's daddy."
Zach nodded a little bit," I like her too... I'm still getting used to the fact that I have a sister. It's kind of funny but I like the way she follows me around.. Is that weird?" He asked looking over at Olivia with a crooked little smile
He nodded slightly and said." Yeah it is pretty hard not to like Arielle." He answered," yeah ill see you.. You can come over for lunch I'm sure they wouldn't mind." He offered
Zach nodded and walked into his house with her. He laughed and picked Arielle up and hugged her," yes Ari?" He asked looking at her Raine smiled," Hi Olivia." She said," Did you have a nice time?" She asked as Zach walked over to her and hugged her a little bit before looking back at Olivia," yeah she showed me all around."
Zach chuckled softly and nodded," sure ill swim with you." He answered then looked at Olivia," hey Olivia do you want to go swimming with me and Ari?" He asked looking at her Raine smiled as she watched all of them together," you can stay for lunch too, Olivia." She told her," I was going to have a picnic out back since they are all going swimming."
Zach nodded a little bit and put Ari down so she could go change. He went off to his own room to grab his new swim trunks and put them on before going back upstairs to the pool. He looked over at Olivia." What kind of homework are you doing?" He asked Raine looked at Ari and nodded," Of course you will always be my baby." She said picking up the little girl
Zach nodded," I don't like chemistry... It didn't make any sense to me." He answered then looked over to see Arielle coming out of re house with Raine. "I'll be back later." He said putting his shirt and towel on the chair next to Olivia's," Hold on Arielle let me just jump in." He called to his little sister. Raine smiled as she watched them. She glanced at Olivia. "You can go swimming if you want I'm sure one of my old bathing suits will fit you."
Zach jumped into the pool and swam over to Arielle picking her up. He smiled," dunk us?"he asked," can you hold your breath?" He asked Raine nodded," okay then suit yourself." She a answered looking at the younger girl. "Are you alright at home?"
Zach smiled at his sister missing all of what Raine was talking about with Olivia. He chuckled," okay okay I believe you.... Ready set go!" He said before slipping under water still holding his sister Raine nodded," Alright but you know I will help you if you need it." She said softly
Zach laughed a little bit at her face. "Yeah it was fun," he answered watching as Nate put her on a noodle and let her float around," There now you will be swimming almost like a big girl." He said then looked over seeing Olivia picking all her stuff up. "Olivia? Are you leaving?" He asked swimming over to the edge Raine smiled," Okay then have fun at the party." She said quietly
