Raine picked up the little girl and hugged we close knowing part of the reason she was so fussy was because of the time," I don't know daddy she doesn't like it when we leave her." She said softly looking at her dad"Chelsea you have to go out and have time for just you and Nate... You need to just have you time for an hour or two every other week.. Arielle will get used to it if you let her." Sarah told her daughter gently.
Raine frowned a little bit and then let Nate take Arielle," I don't know I don't want her to cry the whole time for you mom." She said softly glancing at Nate. She knew that her parents were right in what they were saying thoughSarah nodded." I can go over there and I know how to distract her."
Raine nodded," I know I know daddy.. We will see how it goes maybe after a few tries she will get used to us leaving for short periods of time just like she did when Nate left. " she answered softly Sarah smiled," There's my girl.. We will help with what we can." She said softly
Raine sighed softly and nodded," I know Nate but I think my parents are right.. She does need to learn to be away from us or how will she go to school?" She asked," and Kayla wanted to have a day just me and her like we used to before Arielle was born and I kind of miss that being out with my friends without worrying I've whether Arielle has stopped crying yet with you."
Raine sighed softly as she watched him care for Arielle," I know but it will just get worse if we continue this now." She said softly," maybe we can just work up to an hour or two maybe just leave for fifteen minutes and go for a walk." She suggested softly," no Nate not Kayla from school the one married to Max.... Or is that someone else?" She asked looking at him," I know I can't do everything I used to but it's alright."
Raine snuggled close to Nate and sighed softly," it's alright Nate I love having Arielle and being a mom " she said softly," I love you too a bunch," she told him softly closing her eyes slowly," night Nate." She whispered. She bolted upright hearing Arielle screaming. It wasn't close like normal. "Nate wake up." She said pushing on his shoulder to wake up as she got out of bed and went to find Arielle.
Raine followed close behind him and took Arielle from him and hugged her tightly." Come in baby." She said and walked quickly back up the stairs and locked their bedroom door just holding her daughter
Raine was staring at the door then she looked down at Arielle," umm daddy is trying to get that man out of our house." She said smoothing back her hair and hoping that Nate didn't get hurt.. They already had a hard time explaining what happened to Nate's eye.. "I know baby." She said softly hugging her close
Raine frowned," Arielle stop.... I need you to calm down.. Daddy will come." She said loud enough to be heard over her screaming. She wanted Nate to come through the doors too but didn't know when that would happen or if that would happen
Raine stared at Nate as he walked thru the door. "What did he do to you?" She asked staring up at him as she held Arielle. She glanced down at their wailing daughter again. "Come on let's clean you up... Arielle is scared of you." She said getting up but still holding Arielle close
Raine nodded a little bit," Okay but call me if you need help or something." She said softly the looked down at Arielle "'Baby.. I'm still here but I needed to help your daddy too."
Raine sighed softly as she watched Nate calm their daughter down. She shook her head," after all if this he won't be able to win will he?" She asked getting up and walking over to him and Arielle
"I know but we can't do anything about it now." She said softly kissing his head," you are a very protective father and one that loves his family very much." She said softly
"No it's not your fault your dad is a horrible person and you can't control what he does no matter how hard you try he will always be there to be an awful part of this world." She replied softly.. Now she didn't really care that he was yelling she figured he wasn't really yelling at her he was just upset," You really think I would be better off without you on my own with Arielle.... Did you hear her screaming for you? That's what she would do if I left with her you know that right?"
Raine smiled a little bit and kissed him back gently," I love you too." She said softly getting settled to go to sleep as Arielle came running into their room. "Go to sleep ari." She said softly
Raine was sleeping with her arm draped over Arielle while they both slept. She sighed softly always sleeping later than Nate did
Raine's eyes opened up," what is it sweetie?"She asked pulling Arielle close as she saw her scared face
"Daddy is making breakfast like he always does." She answered. Then looked down at her," Honey mommy and daddy are going to make sure no one else comes to scare you."
Raine smiled and swung Arielle up into her arms. She hugged her close," baby I need you to think for mommy, okay?" She asked softly kissing her small nose. "Did the bad man touch you?" She asked. Even if her mother showed up today there was no way Raine was leaving the house anytime soon without Arielle with her
Raine frowned as she looked at each little spot Arielle had shown her. Her frowned deepened a little bit as she pointed to the back of her head," Nate!" She called now even more worried about her daughter. She walked out of their room and to the kitchen
Raine sighed a little and then said," Be careful of her head." Too late as Nate had already touched her and Arielle started to cry," there's a knot on the back of her head.. Your dad much have hit her on something." She said softly reaching to take Arielle back from Nate
Raine nodded and put some shoes on and grabbed her back for Arielle. She put the small girl in her seat and then sat beside her. " everything is going to be fine honey." She told her with a soft smile stroking her cheek softly
Raine scooped Arielle back into her lap after she climbed off the table. Being shy and having a seriously overprotective father didn't help their situation very much. She sighed softly," Ari sweetie you have to let the doctor look at your head." She told her softly bending her on head closer to Arielle's
Raine just hugged Arielle tightly resting her cheek against the girls temple. "Nate." She said softly," calm down your scaring Arielle with all of the yelling you are doing." She told him gently. She was frustrated also but she needed to keep Nate from yelling and storming about like he was known at least to her for doing The doctor nodded," calm down sir you aren't helping the situation." He said walking over to the two girls and gently moving Arielle's long hair out of the way and seeing where the bump was with gentle touches
Raine held her close and looked at Nate," stop yelling and if you can't get out of here.. He's just doing his job." She told him completely serious about making him wait outsideThe doctor frowned,"'I have to see how big it is and I am being careful I can't see it so I have to find it some how."
The doctor stopped after a little bit longer. " let her rest and don't let her do anything like running or strenuous things like that then if she stars being sick bring her back here as soon as you can no matter what time it is." He told Raine
Raine sighed and smiled just slightly at the other doctor before going to catch up to Nate," you have to let them do their job Nate.. You can't get mad because he was seeing how much of her head was hurt." She said getting into the car after making sure Arielle was alright
Raine sighed softly and just stood next to him letting Nate figure out what needed to be done. He was always like this even while she was in labor with Arielle he was snapping and telling everyone what to do.
Raine watched as Arielle woke back up and then walked to the car with him. She sighed softly and smiled at the fact that he was going to wait on them for the week. She was happy that everything was fine with Arielle besides the bruises and the stitches in the back of her head
Raine kissed him back softly and nodded,"Okay well I'll be right here with Arielle so she gets enough rest and doesn't do too much while you are gone." She answered smiling a little bit
"I know I was listening to the doctor too." She said softly laying down with Arielle and sighing softly. She yawned a little. It had been a long night for all of them
Raine nodded a little bit," okay but be careful Nate and stay away from him."She told him softly reaching out to touch his face gently
Raine nodded slightly and kissed him back gently before laying back down with Arielle. She sighed softly and wrapped her arms gently around her daughter
Raine looked down at her," Im sorry sweet heart. " she said softly and then got up holding her," Daddy got medicine for your head downstairs... But you have to take it like a big girl so your head doesn't hurt anymore" she told the small girl in her arms as she walked downstairs
"This one tastes better daddy made sure it did and if you take it ill let you have ice cream before you eat lunch." She told the small girl setting her on the counter but not moving from standing in front of her
Raine smiled slightly as she moved away to get the medicine. She stepped bak over to her with the cup," alright drink this." She said softly slipping her arms around the little girl," I know baby but don't touch your head you had to have your boo boo cleaned up."
Raine sighed softly," I didn't lie you just don't want to take it." She said," did you still want ice cream?" She asked not going to back out of what she said before," I don't know when daddy will be home
"Okay now what kind?" She asked putting the little girl back into her seat. She grabbed a bowl and waited for Arielle's answer
"Goodness you are just like your daddy." She said getting what she wanted," There.. Don't tell daddy I let you have ice cream without him." She said kissing her head softly
Raine looked at him surprised. "Well okay." She said softly," But where are we moving to?" She asked walking over to him and wondering what happened with everything.
" how far away?" She asked softly before he put their daughter to take a nap. She cleaned up the kitchen waiting for him to come back down. She hated the look he had in his blue eyes and it also scared her. "They let him out after what he did to Arielle and to you?" She asked as her eyes filled with tears
She nodded slightly hugging him close," okay... Do you think we could find another house like this one?" She asked softly. Raine loved their Victorian style house and didn't really want to leave even though she knew it was for the best. "But he will know we are leaving." She whispered
She nodded a little bit," okay that's fine with me.. We can go look at them when Arielle is feeling better." She answers softly. "I just don't want him anywhere near us ever."
She nodded and kissed him back softly slipping her arms around his neck and hugging him tightly," I love you too." She whispered burying her face in his neck
((Yeah))Raine walked around the house making sure everything was packed up the way she wanted it and marked as to where it needed to go in the new house. She looked around for Arielle knowing she liked to play hide as seek with all the boxes around," Arielle?" She called softly
Raine laughed," there's my baby girl. " she said scooping her up," we are leaving because we found a better house with a pool and a park for you to play in." She said
Raine kissed her cheek softly and then shrugged a little bit," we will have to ask your daddy." Se answered," but maybe when we have moved into our new house and get everything set we will talk about getting you a puppy." She answered
Raine looked at the new neighborhood they would he living in. She took the pass from him and nodded a little bit." Okay so I should keep this in the car with me." She said softly then looking over at Arielle. "You're daughter has a question for you." She said softly
Sarah sighed softly and wondered if Raine and Nate ever had time for just them. Even with Arielle around
