The only one that I know that is even similar to this is the called In Death first book is called Naked in Death. She is a Homicide cop and she falls for a billionaire. But if you don't like romantic suspense set in the future you may not like. It is not futuristic per say buy some things have changed, more advanced.

Also something similar but the guy is a sheriff and the woman is a millionaire I think. I know she is a genius and rich. It's called The Witness.
