I am coming,. and Brenda; we are expecting another BIG, KILLER storm; I hope it's lie the last one: non-existent;"

How much snow did you get Skye? Below you, we got about 4" in the middle of DE.

Jenni, author here. Dislike Smashwords. I refuse to do business with an aggregator that wants books formatted a specific way.

Amber Martingale Mike (the Paladin) wrote: "I'm coming to that position myself. I'm more a warm weather person."

So am I, except when the humidity makes it hard to breathe. If it's too wet, I can't breathe. If it's too dry, I can't breathe. Asthma...it bites.

message 4863: by Mike (the Paladin) (new)

Mike (the Paladin) (thepaladin) | 652 comments Ouch. My daughter has allergies but not asthma.

I've always been a warm weather person, even hot weather doesn't (or at least didn't) bother me as much as cold. My late wife on the other hand loved it almost cold.

Also, she was a morning person where I'm an evening person... maybe opposites do attract?

message 4864: by Amber (new)

Amber Martingale I have allergies too. Mostly seasonal.

message 4865: by Mike (the Paladin) (last edited Mar 07, 2015 01:47PM) (new)

Mike (the Paladin) (thepaladin) | 652 comments My daughter's are mostly seasonal to. But she also has some food allergies and other "stuff". She's had an awful time with eczema over the last few months.

Amber Martingale Yeah?

message 4875: by Amber (new)

Amber Martingale Aside from the horrendous crick in my neck and the gorgeous weather I've mentioned elsewhere?

message 4876: by Mike (the Paladin) (last edited Mar 09, 2015 11:04AM) (new)

Mike (the Paladin) (thepaladin) | 652 comments Why do you have a crick in your neck???

Try eating a banana...you may need potassium.

message 4877: by Amber (new)

Amber Martingale I think it has to do with HOW I slept last night. The bananas aren't ready to eat yet.

Aaron: There's not much going on aside from what I mentioned in my previous post.

message 4888: by Daniella (new)

Daniella Bernett | 5 comments Hello. I inadvertently posted this in the wrong section. I'm new to the group and wanted to introduce myself. I signed a three-book contract in December with Black Opal Books for the first novels in my mystery series. The first book is in the editing process at the moment. It will come out later this year. I will let you know the exact date. My working title is "Lead Me Into Danger." The book takes place in London and Venice. I thought I'd whet your appetites with the little teaser below.

"A journalist, a jewel thief and a Russian spy. When their paths cross it's murder."

I would have liked to post a photo here, but I don't know how. I will be posting more teasers in the future. Be sure to look out for them. You wouldn't want to miss one. Also, my website is www.daniellabernett.com, if you'd like to take a look.
