Check out our games, there are lots to choose from and they are tons of fun! Also, feel free to join us for Book Pals! Right now we are signing up for January and you will find out on the 27th or 28th who your partner will be for January! It is a lot of fun! Just jump right in and be a part of any and all discussions. We are just so happy to have you!

Hello Steve!! (I know Steve from Twitter.) Welcome to the group and hope you're keeping well. :))
Hi all, Thanks for welcome. I'm doing great, Janet, hope you are too. I'll do my best to keep up with the reads and look forward to some great suggestions.
I am an editor, blogger, and aspiring author. I live very close to Disney, in Kissimmee, FL. I read, on average, about 4 books a week; unless I'm editing for a client and then it's 2. I am a bibliophile, and love everything!
Hi I'm Bridget. I'm 26 and I love reading, especially crime, mystery and thrillers. If anyone has any suggestion pls let me know. :)
Hi Bridget, welcome to the group,
lots of recommendations here, go to just finished, just reading, share your review.

Hi, Bridget, welcome to the group. I'm sure you'll get more recommendations than you know what to do with here!
Hi everyone!!! I am not sure if I have intrdduced myself. Briefly, I love the group! I am a published author myself of twelve books. I love mystery/suspense/thrillers. James Patterson is my all-time favorite author. I am not as active in the group as I'd like to be. But I try to pop in often. However, I participate in the Book Pals once a month. As an avid reader, it's nice to be linkined up with someone that loves books as much as you do. I find myself wanting to scream and shot at some scenes in my book and then I realize I have no one to talk to lol so Book Pals is a huge help. Thanks and look forward to linking up with you! Please don't hesitate to add me as a friend.
Hi Dominique,
Thanks for introducing yourself.
I know you have been a member a little while, and pleased you are enjoying the group

Hello everyone, Just joined this group. My name is Dominique and I live in Montreal. L'm here to discuss and meet new and interesting people.
Hi, I'm Lynn. I am in my mid-forties. I live in Sunderland, UK. I still much prefer print books, however I am a keen consumer of e-books and audio books because of my severe physical disabilities, which mean it is often difficult for me to hold heavy books. I find great pleasure in the escapism and immersion I experience when having a good read.

Hi I'm Michelle and I'm from India. I like reading books, mainly of the non fiction kind. I was really impressed by the idea of book pals, which incidentally brought me here. Hope I can contribute more then I can receive. Happy New Year.
Michelle :)
Welcome to the group Jason and Michelle. Some great recommendations here, hope you enjoy the group!
Hi and welcome Lyndsey, Steve, Lori, Bridget, Dominique #2, Jason and Michelle. This is the friendliest group of people on Goodreads and our moderators are awesome. For those of you that requested recommendations, a good place to look is the thread Top 10 for 2014. I added soooo many books to my TBR list from that thread.
Hi I'm Lily and I've just downloaded goodreads. I'm from Aldridge, England. I love reading an joined to see people's opinions on books and also find books that I'd enjoy reading. I would love any recommendations and I like fantasy, scifi, thriller and I don't mind reading some other genres but they aren't my preference. :)
Hello everyone, Erin here. I've been part of this group for awhile now but haven't stopped by to say hi! I'm currently living in the Portland, OR area. You'd think that would mean plenty of rainy days locked up inside reading, but I still don't get nearly as much reading done as I'd like. I love books nonetheless. Thrillers, spy thrillers in particular, are my favorite, but I enjoy the occasional fantasy book and have been gravitating toward sci fi lately too (especially sci fi with thriller elements!)
My to-read list already grows faster than I cn keep up with it but I'd love to connect with some of you and get more recommendations. I'm getting ready to start book 4 of Vince Flynn's Mitch Rapp series and have been enjoying it so far.

Hi,I'm Gopal. I am a chronic reader and thrillers are my absolute favorite genre. I have read Harlan Coben, James Patterson, Robert Ludlum, Jeffrey Deaver, Andy McDermott, David Baldacci, Chris Kuzneski, Tom Wood, Brad Thor, Alistair McLean and so many more.
I also maintain a blog where I review the books that I have read. Unfortunately I have been reading since long and blogging only recently for the blogs don't always have all the reviews of the books that I have read. Since I read around 3-4 books at any time the blog also contains the recently read book rather than all the books.
I am originally from India but I do travel for work - currently working out of Washington USA. My kindle and my Nexus 5 are my favorite reading devices. I also read on my laptop a lot.
I am looking out for some good thriller recommendations from the group. I am feeling a bit jaded about the genre since most of the plot lines seem to deal with terrorism and there is much similarity between all the books that are being written about the topic so far.
Feel free to drop me a message about any of the books that folks in the group feel like worth reading and we can have ourselves a nice chat about it.
