Please do NOT report any other reads until you have completed your recovery task & let me know when you have completed your recovery task in this thread.

Book Title "J": The Jezebel by Saskia Walker - 2/3/13 ★★½

Thanks.

Bunking behind a sturdy wall for a series of shots:
1. Throwing at letter K in title: Kissing the Witch: Old Tales in New Skins - 23 Jan - ★★★★
2. Throwing at name E in Title: Ella Enchanted - 21 Jan ★★★★
3. Throwing at name R in Title: Amy and Roger's Epic Detour 20 Jan ★★★
OK, I chose medieval for my recovery task, but not medieval Europe. I read Saladin: Noble Prince of Islam. So not only did I get a different view of the crusades, but I got to see what a mangonel is as it would've been used in the seige of Jerusalem. We could use one here.
So I'm all recovered, and back in action.

Not fast enough, DG. A few fiery arrows caught up and you are suffering some burn injuries. Hope it's not too painful!

Question Tien...the book I'm already reading now happens to be a book by Agatha Christie which was published under a different name in the US. Can I use it for the recovery or do I have to pick one I started AFTER you posted about it?

Been trying to instill 'please & thanks' to my son so I've been saying it all over the place! lol

Well, the next book in the Poirot series also was published under a different name in the UK and US (it seems they changed the names to all those books!) so if I don't find anything else, I may go with that one.

They also sometimes publish in Australia under a different title to the rest of the world - go figure!

Kay, if you have just read The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, you can use it for the pages tower instead.

I looked, but someone has already taken 590"
Kay, if I understand the Pages Tower correctly, each one of us can have a 590, but no one can have two 590s. So...I think you can still fire it there.

Wardrobe Malfunction!! Whose clothes did you borrow? It's not a good idea to wear one that doesn't fit you well in battle... it was so loose, it caught fire as you were trying to light the cannon.
