Sarah Parker | 3 comments There are so many books I reread, but I want to recommend this one in particular for anyone who hasn't read it:
Revolution by Jennifer Donnelly

I find myself picking this up to read again every few months or so. The story has so much depth, sadness, honesty and hope, and it speaks to me in a way few others have - no matter how familiar I become with the words.

message 233: by Rosie (new)

Rosie B "Ella Enchanted". I read it for the first time in first grade, and since then it's been like a comfort blanket for me. When I'm feeling down, or just don't know what to read, I'll pick it up. Also "Ballet Shoes" is one that comes to mind.

Matthew Derbyshire | 4 comments Frankenstein, because I have it in this sexy hardcover which looks freakin' awesome.

Carrie, because it's a short yet awesome book and I needed something quick to read between books.

A Surge of Blood, because I wrote the friggin' thing, and that usually requires a lot of proof reading.

Salem's lot, because it was the first Stephen King book (my favourite writer, btw) I ever read.
