Yes, Pamela, merging means deleting an edition in a way that its reviews and shelvings are transferred to another edition, so they aren't lost.
This is one of those supposedly alternate cover editions but it seems to have the same cover as the original. Because a bot replaced the original cover, perhaps? Do we keep these? Try to locate a second cover image? Do nothing?http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/66...
#106 done#109 was weird. Onix macmillan import had changed the cover several times, but all images were identical to the alternate cover edition. Merged.

Same publication month/year : September 2010.
The second one doesn't have ISBN number...

Since they had not been separated I looked at the wrong French edition, published by Babel. I have the other two editions separated out. One is a board book and the other a paperback. I will leave for another librarian to decide.

This book: http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/23... appears to be a duplicate of the most popular volume, but with fewer details and too many reviews for me to delete. Could a super please have a look and do the necessary, if appropriate. Thanks
Need a super to delete http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/16128629-echoes-from-the-valley. Deletion requested not just because all details and image disappeared, but the item is not a book, has never been a book, and will never be published. This is not an old edition that has been replaced by a newer one, but not anything that has been published. As author and as librarian tried to delete but received message super needed.

It looks like the number added as the ISBN13 was actually a badly entered ISBN10, that didn't match the other link exactly. I have cleaned up the ISBNs and left both editions for now.

Thanks! I think there were duplicates because the US cover was revealed today. But it's the same US edition.
