Shell (shellcampbell) | 757 comments Awesome Delee! You have some great books there :)

Yesterday I ordered Les Misérables - I thought I already had a copy, but apparently I don't as I couldn't find it anywhere. I just ordered Pok Pok: Recipes and Stories from the Pok Pok Restaurants, Thailand, and Elsewhere - I couldn't help myself, I loooooove Thai food and the picture on the cover is my favourite dish which I haven't been able to find a recipe for, so I just had to buy it :)

Shell (shellcampbell) | 757 comments I bought a whole heap of books from an op shop a few days ago. The haul included a beautiful hard cover copy of the complete works of Banjo Patterson, a four book box set of the first 4 books in the Pretty Little Liars series, Cloudstreet by Tim Winton, Darkly Dreaming Dexter, Matilda, Clockwork Princess and a gorgeous, very old, hardcover book of Disney stories.

For Christmas, Toby gave me a few books including Mr. Peanut, The Book of Intimate Grammar, Why Do I Love These People?: The Familes We Come From And The Families We Form and Death Of An Ordinary Man.

My copies of Deliverance and Everybody Sees the Ants arrived just before Christmas which made me a happy girl.

My mum gave me a $30 Dymocks voucher so now I need to decide what to spend it on!

message 1624: by Sam (new)

Sam Arnold (samharnold) So for Christmas I was brought a number of books and have found myself reading most of them all at once. Have broken one of my resolutions before even getting to 2014 by reading so many books at once.

For Christmas I was brought the following:
David Beckham by David Beckham which I have started reading
Unseen (Will Trent, #7) by Karin Slaughter which I have started reading
No Holding Back by Amanda Holden
Always Managing My Autobiography by Harry Redknapp

I am also still reading Revolutionary Road by Richard Yates
