Yay, I'm so happy that you'll be reading it with us, Lee! I've heard that it's a bit slow at first, but that once you get to Part II, things start picking up.

Kathryn wrote: "OMG!!! I have been looking for Moloka'i for a long time!!!!! ."And I was not even looking. I found it at Book Buyers Used books in Charlotte. That store is HUGE and so overwhelming.. i tried to keep my anxiety in check, but i got confused, grabbed some books and left.
@ Tracy, Thanx. That sounds fantastic; need to see if they have one here. I haven't been to a Salvation army in a long time, but i know of one about 15 miles away. The thrift stores around here don't have books; just the goodwill...

Yeah, I love ordering books online! I get so excited when my order finally arrives!!:)
Y'all are making me want to order books off of Amazon!!!!!! I love getting the Amazon box in the mail. :)
I love the box that smiles at me when I walk up to my door. I want to order anything on Amazon just so I could get cool Mail. Bills and junk gets old after awhile.
Kathryn wrote: "Yeah, because you know HAPPINESS is in the box. :)"Happiness is an Amazon box... that should be a commercial :)
Did you guys ever notice that you can ell a Nicholas Sparks book just by the cover art? Without even seeing his name?
Janie wrote: "Did you guys ever notice that you can ell a Nicholas Sparks book just by the cover art? Without even seeing his name?"HAHAHA, yes!
Janie wrote: "Did you guys ever notice that you can ell a Nicholas Sparks book just by the cover art? Without even seeing his name?"Oh, definitely!
*GASP* I have not bought a book for about 2 weeks now! But no, I am not weaning myself off of them. hehe!
I was just thinking I hadn't bought a book in a while, but actually, I bought two this weekend at the thrift store: The Guy Not Taken: Stories and Goodnight Nobody. Both are by Jennifer Weiner. For 49 cents, why not?
Just got back from the bookstore. I bought these four King books in hardback for a dollar each: Four Past Midnight, Christine, Hearts in Atlantis, and Skeleton Crew. :)
Very cool Kathryn, we need better used books stores in Missouri. I just bought I Suck at Girls for my Kindle. It is part of the books under 3.99 for Kindle. It was a steal, and I can't wait to get to it. I really liked his first book Sh*t My Dad Says.

I can't wait to hear your thoughts on Hearts In Atlantis.:)
I did not care for Hearts in Atlantis, but then again may not have been what I wanted at the time. Definitely will do a reread on it.
I actually have all King books in paperback, but Mark now is insisting if I find them for a dollar in hardback, to just buy them. I honestly think it is a waste of money...but, if he says so...sure, I guess. lol, I'm just more of a paperback person.
Wow you guys I need a "buy a book" fix badly! I have been kinda holding off with Christmas coming and all.
Michelle wrote: "I just bought 9 Stephen King books for $1-$3 each at an op shop. So stoked!!"Wow, that is AWESOME, Michelle!! I'm so happy for you!!
Just thought I would share this - I just bought it because it is on one of my challenges for 2013. Legend is on sale today only for Kindle on Amazon for $2.99. If you have it on your list and you are an e-book person may be worth picking up.

Wow Lee that sounds amazing! I could see reading that. Unfortunately I will have to wait on it's purchase. But will be sure to check back into it at another time. Thanks for sharing!

I have been seeing the book advertised on GR for the last month and it sounds great. Can't wait to read it. But then again I love dystopian, end of the world, apocalyptic type books almost as much as I love horror. LOL
Oh me too Lee, that was why I loved Swan Song so much. Also The Host has kind of that feel. Wipe out the humans and the Aliens take over, it just was not as desperate. But any novels of survival are awesome I think.
