read magic on the wind by Christine Feehan and now on Twilight before christmas by Christine Feehan. Have also read journal of sanctuary one by RJ scott, the In the Shadow of the wolf Trilogy by the same, making of a man books 1-3 by Diane Adams
Does anyone know in which book Pritkin returns from Faerie? I wanted to re-read the scene but can't remember...
Claire wrote: "@Margo Did you like it? I don't know that I want to read it...but I really did like book 1."Despite the fact that I don't like post-apocalyptic I have to say that I really did but I still was glad that the third book continued in normal time frame ;)
Just finished Buying Trouble by Karen Chance. This is an older novela that she wrote. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked it.Now reading Vampires Dead Ahead by Cheyenne McCray.
@Zeenat - What did you think of Black Lament? and I cannot wait to see your reactions to Clash of Kings!
I just finished my 9th book this month, titled
A Cast-Off Coven (A Witchcraft Mystery, #2) by Juliet Blackwell . My next book is
Hexes and Hemlines (A Witchcraft Mystery, #3) by Juliet Blackwell

How do you like Fury? I liked the Breed series better but there is something about the way Laurann Dohner writes that gets to me even if the story not elaborate or even inventive. It's like popcorn....I just eat it by the bowlful for no reason.
Well I'm on chapter nine of
. What can I say, since many of you say good things about it I decided to give it a try. Not sure what to think yet.
So I finally had the chance to finish
and I absolutely loved it! Arushi you must finish it!!! The first 80 or so pages are slow and kind of confusing, but well worth it for the rest of the story. I'm going to move right on to

I will give it another go and not stop until I reach page 100.
I feel like I need a Sabbatical to catch up on all my reading. Or better time management skills :) I'll find way. Who needs sleep!

I'm so glad that I have less than a year to wait for the sequel to
. I normally don't like YA very much but this one was right up my alley. interesting take on the angels and end of days.Doing some light reading:
and

will be any different but no. I still don't like it. Angelfall is not a bad book, it's easy to read and I didn't want to not to finish it. I have books where I simply don't care if I finish them or not and Angelfall was not that kind of book. I wanted to know how it ends. But I really don't think I will read the second book when it comes out ;/
That's a shame, Margo. But dystopia definitely isn't for everyone.@Val I wish I'd been waiting less than a year. It's been close to a year now since I read Angelfall. I'm going to have to read it again before the sequel comes out.
I am just doing some light reading myself and going through the Argeneau series again ... I finished Vampires Are Forever (Argeneau, #8) by Lynsay SandsI read all the books inbetween 1 and that one, I just was too lazy to post when I had done it.
Bite Me If You Can (Argeneau, #6) by Lynsay Sands is still one of my favorites of the series. I know they can be pretty silly and if you stop to analyze some things they make no sense what so ever, but if you don't think too hard it is amusing/entertaining.
Thinking makes my head hurt ... I am also procrastinating again....
@ Margo,i agree with mello, shame u didnt like it. i thought it was a pretty awesome book, but then we all have different tastes otherwise we'd be boring. :P
hopefully the next boook you read u like more!!
I think I know what other DF pairing Zeenat was talking about a while back is now. I was quite surprised by that, though I suppose that I shouldn't be. They would never work long time, though. He has to hide too much from her.Starting
I talked about two couples... which one are you talking about? there is the one that pisses me off and the one I thought was boring...
I just finished my 10th book this month, titled
Hexes and Hemlines (A Witchcraft Mystery, #3) by Juliet Blackwell . My next book is
In a Witch's Wardrobe (A Witchcraft Mystery, #4) by Juliet Blackwell

Finished
last night and it is a shame how all of that played out.Reading
now and it seems things are going all to pieces within the Council. I hate this Cristos dude.["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>
Reading
. I'm so sick of Murphy's attitude. Dresden is a paid consultant and a friend, not some lowlife she dragged in off the street. But instead of just talking to him, she acts like a raging bitch and starts threatening him two seconds after he walks in the door. I really, really wish he'd just hit her with a wind spell or something and knock her out of the room.
Things that made me happy- "Let that be a lesson to you. Hands off the Fist of God." I like Michael.
I just finished my 11th book this month, titled
In a Witch's Wardrobe (A Witchcraft Mystery, #4) by Juliet Blackwell . My next book is
Grave Mercy (His Fair Assassin #1) by R.L. LaFevers

@Claire I like Michael, too.

The books are ok -- but I NEED to know the back story of Aiden, her father & what exactly she did in high school to be run out of Texas.
Do they give any info in book 3?

I have no idea what you are talking about mello lol
Hrm, ir slacker ... I finished a few books since. They are such quick reads I did not even think about it.Vampire, Interrupted (Argeneau, #9) by Lynsay Sands
The Rogue Hunter (Argeneau, #10; Rogue Hunter, #1) by Lynsay Sands
Yes, I still don't like Sam!
The Immortal Hunter (Argeneau, #11; Rogue Hunter, #2) by Lynsay Sands
For a lawyer she is not so smart.
The Renegade Hunter (Argeneau, #12; Rogue Hunter, #3)
by Lynsay Sands
Still think Sam is a twit, glad later books she is not as annoying.
I have a bunch of books waiting to be transfered to my reader, but I am being lazy I think. Three are DTB and they take forever.
Angelfall (Penryn & the End of Days, #1) by Susan Ee
Peer pressure....
The Greyfriar (Vampire Empire, #1) by Clay Griffith, Susan Griffith
Riftwalker was mentioned so I looked @ it and thought it sounded really interesting, so I found the first book ... it sounded like greyfreer ... wtf is greyfeer? thnx for screen reader option to go character by character ... too bad I could only find the DTB of them.
If Llaph is a slacker...what does that make me? On to
because I could not keep up with the group read from a few months back.
