Diane Johnson | 3 comments I could be interested in fermentation and pickling. The Homemade Flour Cookbook also looks interesting. Some flours can be made in a food processor, which is what I have tried. I have also made homemade cheese and creme fraiche, and am interested in learning more about this topic. I have enjoyed making jellies and conserves and would like to explore that subject further. There are so many great subjects to choose from.

I've just added my book 'A Dozen Ways to Celebrate', it is available via iBooks. I think it would be a great one for a DIY group of foodies. It is a different take on Indian food - and would be perfect for a foodie book club group.
