SOLVED. Changeling, liked to play these little pipes, something about a moore [s]

There was this girl, I remember her being pretty introverted. She was blonde. She liked to play the little set of Graduating pipes. I think they suspected her of being a changeling? Or se was one? The title involved the word Moore, or the Moore was a big deal.

On this cover of The Moorchild she is playing a flute (beside her are more flutes in different sizes).

I think it might very well be that one?
