Vi | 2794 comments Hi Skandia!

So Sorry for the wait on the picks! Thanks for waiting patiently. I've tried to do a mix of book that are new to you and from your TBR. If you would like to repick, let me know. Also, apologies for the super long post.

Spring
1. Spring Cleaning:
1. Immortal in Death by J.D. Robb - Eve and Roarke and some of my favorite characters. You've really got to continue this series.
2. A Storm of Swords by George R.R. Martin

2. Season of Rebirth:
I didn't see much Science-Fiction in your shelves. I'm not a big reader of that genre myself but I'm going to go ahead and recommend:
1. *Grimspace by Ann Aguirre - I haven't started this series but I'm planning to start soon. I can buddy read if you're interested.
2. I, Robot by Isaac Asimov - I've read this and I really loved it.
3. Feed by Mira Grant - While this is not science-fiction, it's partly zombie and partly a dystopian book. I just finished this book a week or so ago and I really loved it!

Immortal in Death (In Death, #3) by J.D. Robb A Storm of Swords (A Song of Ice and Fire, #3) by George R.R. Martin Grimspace (Sirantha Jax, #1) by Ann Aguirre I, Robot by Isaac Asimov Feed (Newsflesh, #1) by Mira Grant

Summer
3. Summer flings:
1. Easy by Tammara Webber - I just read this recently and it was a really good book. I liked the main characters and I didn't notice the time passing!
2. *Mistress of Rome by Kate Quinn - I'm so intrigued by this book. I need to pick it up soon.

4. Beach Reads:
I saw these three books in your TBR. They are perfect beach reads! Light, fluffy and perfect.
1. Playing for Keeps by R.L. Mathewson
2. Mr. Perfect by Linda Howard
3. Attachments by Rainbow Rowell

Easy by Tammara Webber Mistress of Rome (Rome, #1) by Kate Quinn Playing for Keeps (A Neighbor from Hell, #1) by R.L. Mathewson Mr. Perfect by Linda Howard Attachments by Rainbow Rowell

Autumn
5. Sports Season:
1. *Ready Player One by Ernest Cline - Ok, technically not a sports book but more a gamer's book but it is super popular.
2. Heaven, Texas by Susan Elizabeth Phillips - I know you didn't like the first book but I think you'll like this book better. Why don't you give it a try?

6. TV Seasons:
I've recommended two of my favorite UF series. They are also up in the re-reads avenue.
1. Magic Bites by Ilona Andrews
2. Moon Called by Patricia Briggs

Ready Player One by Ernest Cline Heaven, Texas (Chicago Stars, #2) by Susan Elizabeth Phillips Magic Bites (Kate Daniels, #1) by Ilona Andrews Moon Called (Mercedes Thompson, #1) by Patricia Briggs

Winter
7. Cozy Winter:
1. Yours Until Dawn by Teresa Medeiros
2. Within Reach by Sarah Mayberry - This is a category romance but it tackles grief beautifully and quietly.
3. Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets by J.K. Rowling - I am not sure if you've completed the HP series but I noticed only the first book. I'm a big fan of HP and I re-read it regularly with a friend.

8. Pass It On :
All of these have been past PIFM recommends to me and in all cases, I've regretted waiting before I finally started the book.
1. Keturah and Lord Death by Martine Leavitt
2. Mariana by Susanna Kearsley

Rishika. Thank you for the picks. Unfortunately I already in the middle of "Stormwalker" and I read "Kiss an Angel" in February. I also don't want to read "Holiday in Death" since I haven't finished the one before it in the series (it was one of my picks from last month that I'm still hoping to get to soon!).

I have wanted to read "Catch-22" for quite a while now, so it looks like October will be a good time to read it!

Spring
1. Spring Cleaning: Red-Headed Stepchild by Jaye Wells has been on both of our lists for forever, maybe this month is the time to change that!
2. Season of Rebirth: Doesn't look like you read much non-fiction, have you thought about giving it a try? I loved Me Talk Pretty One Day by David Sedaris.

Red-Headed Stepchild (Sabina Kane, #1) by Jaye Wells Me Talk Pretty One Day by David Sedaris

Summer

Autumn
5. Sports Season: The Perfect Play by Jaci Burton is definitely my fave sports related series :)
6. TV Seasons: It doesn't look like you've read Pamela Clare's I-Team series yet - DO IT! Seriously, if you like romantic suspense, she's one of the best ( just don't judge the books by the covers ;)

The Perfect Play (Play by Play, #1) by Jaci Burton Extreme Exposure (I-Team, #1) by Pamela Clare

Winter
7. Cozy Winter: I will read anything & everything from Lisa Kleypas. No matter what. Check out her lastest contemporary series, Friday Harbor starting with Christmas Eve at Friday Harbor/aka Christmas with Holly. The way she writes is like a comfy blanket on a chilly night, it's perfect to get wrapped up in & lounge.
8. Pass It On : It took me more than one rec to finally read Divergent by Veronica Roth & I'm SO glad I did! I loved it!!! Looks like you really enjoyed it, too - did you know the second in the trilogy is out? Insurgent leads us right back into the Dauntless fray with Tris & it's worth the read!

2. Season of Rebirth:

6. TV Seasons: Outlander by Diana Gabaldon this is one of my favouriet books of all time I love Jaime & Claire! This is a chunkster though but trust me the time spent reading it is well worth it.

message 391: by Gea (new)

Gea (gea89) | 545 comments Nairabell it was interesting to make picks for you since you're a great fan of Paranormal romance and I don't read that genre a lot. I tried to choose books I already know and others were more of a guess :)

Spring:
Spring Cleaning: Lover Unleashed by J.R. Ward - You liked the series and this is the next book you haven't yet read
Season of Rebirth: Tempting the Beast by Lora Leigh - You have read one of her romantic suspense books. This is her paranormal series and even though I haven't read most of the books yet the series is great.
Summer:
Summer flings: I'd Tell You I Love You, But Then I'd Have to Kill You by Ally Carter or White Cat by Holly Black - I couldn't decide between these two books, both seem interesting so I'll let you pick :)
Beach Reads: The Chocolate Bear Burglary by JoAnna Carl - I don't read cozy mysteries but I imagine they are cozy reads just like the name of genre says
Autumn:
Sports Season: The Memory Keeper's Daughter by Kim Edwards - Very popular YA book that I also plan to read soon
TV Seasons: Claimed by Evangeline Anderson - It's a great series, maybe you will like it.
Winter:
Cozy Winter: Silver Bells by Luanne Rice - This one just seemed perfect for this category
Pass It On: The Sea of Monsters by Rick Riordan - From the books I got recommended this one seemed most suited to your preferences

Lover Unleashed (Black Dagger Brotherhood, #9) by J.R.
