I highly recommend The Last Unicorn. While coming from a quite different angle, it hits a number of issues also discussed in Objectivism. It discusses the human journey of acquiring values in a poetic fashion. Another theme is dealing with reality as it is instead of clinging to illusions and make-believe.
There is also a movie, just as good as the book. Maybe even better, artistically speaking :)
