I don't know if this counts as "full dystopian" - it takes place in a pretty dystopian world, but more in the "pessimistic extrapolation of present day trends" sense rather than the "allegorically exaggerated social extremes" sense. It mostly concerns events inside a virtual reality world people use to escape the rottenness of the real world.

Like Ready Player One, this is kind of semi-dystopian in that it has a setting that's a bit crapsack (a sci-fi empire with a dark secret, secret police, skulduggery etc.) but not an allegorically extreme one like 1984 or Divergent. It's very much a book about love conquering hate by blossoming across divides, though, and it's one of my favourite sci-fi books, so it should fit your request.
