I want to read something more mythological (Greek, Egyptian, etc.) Something that gives a historical feeling (not to the point where it's like documentary), mixed with romance (as a subplot. Not looking for a glorified romance story), some action perhaps or fantasy elements.
I want it to be a story with twists and drama while having myths blended into it. Think Percy Jackson but for an older reader.
I don't know if a book like this exists but there are millions of books out there. I'm sure there's something close enough to what I want.
