Tim is a ServiceNow ITSM architect, developer, administrator, teacher, and standard nerd. Tim's been working in IT for over a decade, and has written a myriad of free tools and utilities for his clients and for fun.
In addition to writing books about ServiceNow and IT Service Management, Tim writes one of the more popular ServiceNow development blogs on the web: SN Pro Tips, as well as having founded the Precipice Foundation.
When not keeping busy with those things, Tim likes to study physics, fly drones, explore ghost towns and abandoned areas, go on road trips, and take his beagle on adventures.
Occasionally, Tim writes author biographies in third-person for Amazon because that seems to be what everyone else is doing. He feels pretty weird about it.
