Rachelle Komrowski
Rachelle Komrowski asked Susan Mallery:

What was it that made you realize you wanted to be an author and what was your first book you wrote.

Susan Mallery You know, when I was growing up, I really didn't conceive of "being a writer" as something I could do. I thought to be a writer, you had to live in Paris and wear turtlenecks and smoke long cigarettes. I was just a regular girl from L.A. But when I was in college (studying Accounting), a woman offered an evening course called "How to Write a Romance Novel." I was already carrying a full course load, but I couldn't resist. I had loved reading romances since I was a teen. Within a few weeks of taking that class, I knew this was what I wanted to do with my life.
