I don't have a favorite fictional couple because I haven't seen any character who could be defined simply by having a relationship, or the relationship they are in. Those kinds of characters are poorly crafted and rely entirely on tropes and the singular idea that they as people exist solely to be in a relationship.
I think there are many healthy relationships shown in literature. However, I don't like the idea of looping any character into this coupled concept, as if that is now their existence, that is their identity. Besides, many well designed characters have been paired with poorly designed or not expanded characters in healthy relationships.
