Christian Clason If I could go to any fictional book world, I would travel from one book to the other. Never stop. Collect odds and ends, with technologies unthinkable and magic that is unspeakable. In some worlds I would be like a shadow that went missed. In others, I would use what I had gathered and learned to defeat the evils of that realm. Maybe try to change the story by action rather than written words. Maybe I would backtrack through worlds that I could not help when they needed it. Then in the end, retire to this world, a world in which I am familiar, but now I have the most epic pieces to share with the world.
Cures for diseases, technologies to increase the populace's capacity for industry, and magic...magic I would probably keep to myself. As selfish as it may seem, it seems like the kind of thing that could easily become misused. Unlike technology, which requires some form of logic in that world to function, magic might well have no rules in the physical world at all. You can figure out how to shut down a machine or counter a gun, but you might not be able to shut off a wizard's powers. I would probably keep that as a supporting power. Maybe beef up any cures I brought that could not quite fully "cure" some things. Or maybe use it to do things like teleportation. Man, if I could jump to another part of the world carrying a bag of potatoes and jugs of water, I would do more than that for people who needed it.
Then again, magic might become a thing that is unnecessary. By that point, if I am selling some technology, I might be making millions or billions. In my personal view, it would then become my goal to not only see the world but to give back what I have gotten from it. Reap what you sow they say. Well, I would sow whatever I could in places that needed it most.
But, miracles are not common place enough in the real world. Maybe I would keep magic around as a small thing to make miracles happen for others.

Rewrite the story of my own world, I think.
Christian Clason I don't have a favorite fictional couple because I haven't seen any character who could be defined simply by having a relationship, or the relationship they are in. Those kinds of characters are poorly crafted and rely entirely on tropes and the singular idea that they as people exist solely to be in a relationship.
I think there are many healthy relationships shown in literature. However, I don't like the idea of looping any character into this coupled concept, as if that is now their existence, that is their identity. Besides, many well designed characters have been paired with poorly designed or not expanded characters in healthy relationships.
Christian Clason There is currently a planned sequel currently named "Loose Dagger" however it is not finished.
The series is a very different writing style from what I normally do, so it is a bit of a challenge for me. And after the feedback I have gotten from Glastica readers, I am working on improving the style.
So in short yes, but it is not yet ready for readers.

Christian Clason The concept of "writer's block" is a bit too simplistic. It is meant to cover a range of different difficulties when writing. I've had times where I finally hit a wall and couldn't keep writing for a while, but came back later when I recovered my creative spirit. I've even dealt with having an idea but not the words to convey it. But when it comes to "writer's block" there is no one-size-fits all solution. There is no one solution that works every time either.
Christian Clason Seeing the stories in my mind come to life on the pages of a book.
Christian Clason No idea is a bad idea, it might just need some readjustments in the brainstorming process. Don't leave out any factors or details, rehash it til you love it.
Christian Clason Started with boredom. Now it's an addiction.
Christian Clason Media...I think that sums up my ideas on Social Roles.
