Lisa
Lisa asked Lisa Jackson:

I always find your books so detailed that sometimes I'm get scared to turn off the lights late at night after reading your thrillers. What helpa you add so much descriptive details when you write?

Lisa Jackson I find if I can scare myself, then I’ve done my job. When I write I try to convey the feelings I’m having at the time, the excitement, the fear, the happiness–whatever. Once I’m writing the world shrinks so I actually feel what the characters are sensing. I’m “into” the book and with them, even though I’m sitting at my computer and typing–kind of weird, but there it is. The challenge is to put that feeling into words. Thank you if you’re saying it’s working!
