Who is your favorite fictional couple, and why?

Aaron Jinks Gotta go with Katie and Alex in "Safe Haven" by Nicholas Sparks. Yes, I read Nicholas Sparks. My reasoning for this is their relationship shows us the power love and affection has over everything else. Katie is a girl who's on the run from a dark past that won't leave her alone, and Alex is a widowed man in a small town doing what's best for his kids. When the two meet, Katie is shy and distant, despite Alex's friendly attempts to build a relationship, but as time passes, Katie's fears are overcome with the help of Alex proving she is safe with him. Katie's past gets closer and closer, and she develops more fear, but Alex moves mountains for her and proves that there is nothing that can harm her as long as he's around, and that really does something to me.
