رفعت خالد asked Scott Sigler:

What if I can't respect a schedule of daily writing ?

Scott Sigler This is a huge problem for me as well. I religiously schedule my dan and my writing time, but rare is the day that I meet that schedule exactly. It's a constant battle. It means either you're not scheduling realistically, and/or you're not committed enough to the schedule you make.

You have to be realistic. If you can't write every day, at least one page, that probably means you're just not as committed to the process as you would like to think you are. Things come up in our daily lives, as they do with everyone, and occasionally you'll miss a day or two. That said, however, the truth of the matter us upsetting to many, and it's hard to accept — if you want to write bad enough, you will find the time to do at least one page per day.
