It (almost) perfectly illustrates the idea that a journey is not about the destination so much as the pleasure of travel. Likewise, this book is about the pleasure of the story and how it is crafted and told. It matches the concept of a "gentleman" and that his purpose is not to "do" but to "be." (less)
