My book club is reading A gentleman in Moscow and I'm finding it horribly slow without much plot. Does it get better? I'm at the end of Book One.
Rebecca Too wordy. Lots of Russian history and descriptions for first 200 pages. Really drags. Then it gets to more action and the remainder is good. Just slu…moreToo wordy.
