The other commenter is right, it's certainly focussed on managing an existing business, so I'd probably read something else if you are starting from scratch. If you have an existing business/product I'd recommend it. A lot of the examples are either consultancies and/or B2B, this can make it hard to try and imagine SaaS examples. That said, I would still strongly recommend reading this book and then looking for further reading on SaaS specific stuff. (less)
