Wesley Seems like it should be useful. I'll be doing just that... so time will tell. The concepts are broad. Understanding them will give you a view of how to grow a business from startup to wherever you take it. To me it seems that following the EOS process from the beginning will save you from needing to break bad habits later. I've explained what I'm planning to an EOS implementer and his response was - let's dig in!
Lewis S I've not finished this book yet, but so far my take would be that the book is valuable, but it is clearly focussed on more traditional businesses. The other commenter is right, it's certainly focussed on managing an existing business, so I'd probably read something else if you are starting from scratch. If you have an existing business/product I'd recommend it. A lot of the examples are either consultancies and/or B2B, this can make it hard to try and imagine SaaS examples. That said, I would still strongly recommend reading this book and then looking for further reading on SaaS specific stuff.
Mike Harley Not so much launching as it designed for businesses that already have achieved product-market fit.

Seeing as your post is now 3 years ago(!), hopefully you have achieved that and are finding EOS helpful in the scaling up phase. This is where it really comes into its own.
