My tastes are varied, and it depends on what story I'm writing. Mostly hard rock and metal, or guitar-driven bands. But when writing Hunter Hunterson stories, it's all country. When writing the Generations Trilogy, it was mostly instrumental or classical, really dark, foreboding stuff without lyrics that might influence my take on Em.
