Hi Robin, What a pleasure it is to be able to ask you directly! In your original series, I do not recall Demelza hauling off and slugging you one like she did two weeks ago. Is my memory faltering, or did it not happen? I also seem to recall that she did have an affair with the Soldier, but that is even more hazy. Thanks and best wishes.

Robin, One of the wonderful things about the original Poldark series was all the attention to little details. I'm fascinated with Cornish food. In one episode Demelza was serving a Stargazy pie. I don't think it fits into your cookbooks now, but did you ever eat any of the food in the series. the pasties looked wonderful. How was that pie?
