Booklover asked Katie McGarry:

Do you consider books up until take me on starting from Pushing the limits, a series? Since all these books intertwine with eachother....? And does any of your inspiration for your characters come from people you know it knew in the past ?

Katie McGarry Hi Booklover,

I originally wrote Pushing the Limits as a stand alone so I never considered other books until much later. Because Beth and Isaiah were so close in Pushing the Limits, I plotted Dare You To and Crash Into You around the same time. I plotted West's story, Take Me On, while I was writing Crash Into You since I knew that the time frame for West's story would overlap with Crash Into You.

I don't write about people I know, but I am inspired by people who are and have been in my life.

Thank you!

Katie
