The idea came from my own challenges I experienced in my life from a lad to where I am now. Everyone has his/her own set of challenges that had to be overcome. I share a few of my "lemons" and how I managed to turn them into "lemonade." The basic skeleton of the book came about as I was going to counseling to deal with some trauma I experienced as a child. I wrote to process my thoughts. Lo and behold, "Lemonade" was born. Who knew?
