asked:
Is this book for children or adults? I really like Brandon Sanderson's books (Read Mistborn, Stormlight Archive, Elantris...) but I'm not sure if I should give this book a shot? Seems rather juvenile...

I believe Warbreaker is possibly Sanderson's most adult book.

I would rate this PG13. It is solidly on the adult end of the spectrum, and you'll find the writing detailed and complex. The story itself is an intricate one, and it certainly has some very adult themes (and scenes).
Plinkett's Revenge
The unfortunate description summary makes Warbreaker sound pretty juvenile, but really it's right in line with Mistborn and other Sanderson books on the adult-ness scale. As someone else said, PG13 is probably accurate.
One of the main tropes is that of the "princess being wed-off to provide an heir" to the God-King. Then some of the plot, especially early on, is spent on some expectation of sex. Violence, implied sexual violence, some other sexual themes, substances and so on.

its 100% YA. No idea why this is classified as Adult. Pretty much everything Sanderson writes is YA imho. Books like Way of Kings are borderline but still YA.
Ash Mooney
It felt like YA fiction. Disappointed.

I think Warbreaker is appropriate for both children and adults. You should definitely read this if you like the Stormlight Archive. It isn't as good as SA, but it's still a good read, and I love how they tie together.

To me the writing style is YA. I am annoyed by the YA feel. Does anyone know what is a good Adult Fantasy. I am new to this Genre and would not like to think that all Fantasy books are written in a YA nature.

To me it felt like a children's story, and very unlike Mistborn or Stormlight Archives.
Sandra Jackson - Alawine
It's for adults, not juvenile at all.
Rohan
Trust me, it is not juvenile in nature. The targeted audience for the book are adults. There are few graphic details of violence and intimacy.
Overall a great read, especially the characters.

After reading Lightbringer series, this feels like a shallow YA

If you can handle watching Silent Hill, then you can read Warbreaker. (jj, it's fine for teens, maybe even some pretentious preteens :)
