Bill Yeadon
The book does have some very basic information about how much and how long you should exercise at an aerobic level. He spends a lot of time on different areas where people can benefit such as addition, pregnancy, disease prevention and especially how it can replace many of the antidepressants such as Prozac. The book is technical in many places but most enjoyable.
Jonathan Pettit
The book talks a lot about reaching a "good" heart rate, trying to get you body into a certain level of stress. I want to say that you are trying to get your body into a "cardio" workout.
