Lawana Blackwell Congratulations, Connie! The marvelous artists at Bethany House ask for details in my stories, such as descriptions of main characters and settings. For A Haven on Orchard Lane, I described the yellow cottage prominent in the story, and asked that they not put a person on front. I love it too! I hope you enjoy reading it.

I'm reading The Widow of Larkspur. I don't know when I've enjoyed a book so much! It has delicious morsels to chew slowly and savor. Wonderful book! I'm a freelance writer of sorts (non fiction). Do you have any advise for someone who wants to try to write fiction but doesn't have a clue how to go about it?
