How do you pronounce the lead characters name? I'd like to read this but find if I can't even pronounce the name I'll stumble through the whole thing and it won't flow properly.

As the book was written by an Australian, it’s entirely possible the author didn’t really know the correct pronunciation, although it seems the character didn’t know how it was pronounced, having no memory.
Looking forward to the TV series based on the book starting 2019.(less)
