In Divergent everyone lives in this dystopian society where they are separated by there traits and attributes. Divergent is a great book that kept me wondering what was going to happen next i caught myself reading for hours not being able to put the book down. With any great book there’s likable characters and in Divergent you fall in love with these characters. Story starts with young Beatrice Prior where she is wondering who she is and where she belongs. Unlike everyone else Beatrice doesn't belong to one faction of people but three and she doesn't know which to choose. And she quickly learns she choose the wrong one when she has to fight for her place among the dauntless and when people find out she's divergent, belonging to multiple factions, she has to fight for her life. Divergent is a great book about self discovery and even got me asking myself “Who am I”. Divergent isn't like any other book i’ve read it is very different and creative and it is by far one of my favorite. So if you love books about a flawed society and a young hero trying to find her place then Divergent is the book for you.(less)
