Hi Ms. Houck! I'm in love with Reawakened, & I'm SO excited for the next book! I just wish that it would come out it a bit earlier, & not so close to the start of the school year. Do you think you could move the release date to sometime earlier in the summer? I'm asking not only because I am impatient for the next book, but because I would rather have the honor to read such a great book without thinking of school soon

Ha ha, I totally get the looming back to school date haunting your summer. Authors don't typically get to pick when their book comes out. That has to do entirely with the publishing house. Maybe you can win one of my contests and get an early copy. Thanks for reading. I'm sure you'll do fantastic in school regardless.

I was re-reading the Tiger's Curse series and was always visualizing Mr. Kadam, possible looks for a great character. I remember seeing the director for the film and I could definitely see the character in him. But then, there's Amitabh Bachchan, one of my favorite actors. Did you have an Indian actor or model in mind when you were describing Kadam?

Hi! So in Reawakened we get to know Amon a lot but not really their relationship till the end. In Recreated we get to know Asten and Ahmose a ton! But not really Amon. Will we get to know him more in the third book? Also i absolutely love your books! Your by far my favorite author and I've read your books over and over again! thank you;)
