Lisa Schroeder Hi Bianca, I'm glad you are enjoying it! It's a book that's close to my heart. I went to high school in a small town and one day I thought, why I haven't written a book about small town life -- about that feeling of feeling trapped in a place you may never escape one minute, and the next, so glad you have a strong community of people around you. I'm also a huge fan of Friday Night Lights, so there was some inspiration from that as well.
